Need help dealing with stress and anxiety, and have little or no meditation experience? Then this workshop is for you. In this workshop, you’ll get the hands-on experience you need for a solid foundation of the mindfulness practice, and how to apply it to everyday life.
Author and meditation teacher, Charles A. Francis, will lead you in discussions, exercises, and meditation. You will learn the basics of the mindfulness meditation practice, and gain the tools you need for staying engaged and motivated. You’ll learn how to:

We will cover topics such as the nature of suffering, the sources of mental agitation, and establishing an effective meditation routine. Through this workshop, you’ll find out just how quickly and easily you can calm your mind, and ease stress through mindfulness meditation.
